Privacy

What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply, we count visits so we know what helps, and we never sell any of it.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, request a check-up, or send an estimate, we receive what you type: your name, email address, website, and the details you choose to share about your business. We use it to reply, to prepare the check-up or quote you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. If you email us directly, the same applies to your email.

What we count

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found the site, roughly where they are (city or region), and what device and browser they use. It sets cookies in your browser to tell a new visit from a returning one. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we do not use it to identify you or to show you ads. We keep this data for 14 months.

To opt out, block cookies for this site, use a browser that blocks trackers, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

Who else handles it

A few services run parts of this site, and each one sees only what it needs:

  • Our hosting provider serves the site and receives form submissions.
  • Google Analytics measures visits, as described above.
  • Cal.com handles booking if you schedule a call. Their privacy policy covers what you enter there.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Check-up reports

A check-up report reviews a business website using only what is publicly visible. Each report has an unlisted address, is hidden from search engines, and goes only to the person who asked for it or the business it covers. Ask and we will take a report down.

Your choices

Email hello@beautifulandfast.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within one business day and finish the request within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
